504 Fitness is proud to be a locally owned company here in New Orleans. Started in 2011 by local personal trainer Jake Impastato Jr. Jake has been a certified personal trainer since 1994 and has been dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals his entire life. He has been a champion powerlifter for the better part of 20 years. He has won competitions ranging from the state high school level, teenage and men's national championships to winning the 2011 Arnold Classic Raw Powerlifting Challenge. This he says has been his greatest accomplishment to date and calls it an accumulation of all his years of training! He also has trained many powerlifters, bodybuilders, bikini, figure and men's physique competitor's for high level competition.
Jake feels this gym has been his destiny in life. He needed a way to reach out to more people than the group he trained. His career went from personal training at a gym full time to a studio then finally opening 504 Fitness! This gym he feels is another way of giving back to the people that have made his life what it is today. As more and more 24 hour type gyms open here and all around the country Jake decided it was time for a great gym that had more than you could find at any of the other small gyms.
