After 16 years as a Personal Trainer in Seattle WA, Katie is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm for health and wellness to the Crescent City.  With a specialization in mobility, flexibility, and strength and conditioning Katie wants to not only help you achieve your goal, but also create the foundation for a lifetime of good health.  Katie believes that fitness should be both fun and sustainable and uses her knowledge to develop workouts that are well balanced, challenging, and creative.  In addition to being a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Katie also teaches group indoor cycling, circuit training, and is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor.  When not at the gym or teaching a class you can find Katie walking one of her three rescue dogs or discovering a new restaurant in the city with her husband.
